What do you do in the summertime.....

.....we swam and swam, went to the summer movies, played and played, got sick with the flu for pretty much the entire month of June (love it when the bug makes the rounds), went to San Diego, saw fireworks from the Costco parking lot (a first), went boogy boarding for hours and hours, met our new cousin Hadley, caught up with our dearest friends, the MacD's, road trip to the Bay Area, fell in love with the GPS, read, read, and read some more ( if I totalled everyone's pages for the summer we'd be 6,000+), celebrated some birthdays, swam and swam some more, checked everyone else's blogs, never updated mine, tried to cook as little as possible, tried to stay cool, toad-sat our neighbors toads, and were happy to be together....and now we, (ummm, actually I :-) ) am glad we are two weeks into school.
