In Lincoln City, there are some amazing tide pools on the beach, with a variety of creatures there.

There is a tunnel that people can crawl through that is covered in barnacles.

Multnomah Falls

Multnomah Falls is the second tallest waterfall in the United States. Water falls over six hundred feet to the bottom of the falls.

People can hike one and a quarter miles to the top of the falls, where they can get in the water, and look over the falls.

Multnomah falls is a very cool waterfall 30 miles west of Portland.http://www.oregon.com/attractions/multnomah_falls

Fort Stevens, Oregon

During summer break, we went to Fort Stevens, in Oregon. Fort Stevens is an old fort used from the Civil War, until World War 2. There are many different batteries, command posts, bunkers, and guns.

Some of the batteries were open, and so people could climb up on them, and also they could inside of them. Inside you can see different rooms like shell rooms generator rooms and other rooms.
From the command posts people can see all the bunkers and the bay and ocean, so it was a very good place for a military fort.
