Sunday evening as we were eating dinner and discussing the children's lessons at church that afternoon Andrews turn came around. He told us they had talked about the 2000 stripling warriors. Brian asked him if he knew what the 2000 Stripling Warriors had done in order to come out victorious.... his response.... they used their secret attack mode. Maybe we'll have to discuss some practical applications of "secret attack mode" at a later date.
We obviously don't get many "girly" sayings around our house, but as I came down into the kitchen the other day the boys were putting together some new Space Police legos and discussing new shirts they would like. One said," I want a shirt that says, I heart Snake." Another said, " I want one that says, I heart Kranxx." Another said, "NO I want one that says I heart Skull Twins!" Chalk that up to things they hear at school- they definitely didn't hear any I heart (whatever) around here. It was just amusing to hear the boys I hearting things! I guess it is better to hear Lego names than girl names, right???

Steph, the more I read about your boys, the more I am conviced our kids knew each other before they arrived here on earth. They are so similar in likes and ideas. And I know you enjoy them as much as i enjoy mine - even if they are A LOT of work!!
I heart flying unicorns!
Andrew's response is typical Andrew. CDM and I are still laughing about the comment.
