Overheard....
Dawn ( Brian's sister) was reading the paper this morning, and as Andrew walked by he looked up at the front page of the paper. Then remarked, "Yes! The guy I was rooting for won. McCain was too old." ........Quite a thought for a four year old.
Hmmm...a democrat in the family. Future politician maybe. Joe will have a chat with him this Christmas. Carter was not quite so politically saavy- he was disappointed because he thought we were going to go on a "boat" for McCain. He handled the reality of "voting" rather well with the help of candy and gum:).
Ha ha ha ha! That guy cracks me up. Now you just need to teach him about writing letters to congress. He'll get it, I think he's brilliant. =) PS- I'm glad to see you back on here.
Izzy has been pro-McCain for awhile, she learned all her politics in the playground at school. When she finally saw him, she said "That's John McCain, the OLD one?"
